Kokos Skoullos

Kokos Skoullos, from 1980 and for almost one decade was a Manager in the Offshore Business Department of PWC, Nicosia and thereafter was a Manager in M.P & Co, audit firm, Nicosia office and a General Manager of the firm’s branch in Muscat, Sultanate of Oman for over three decades.

During his career other than his long experience in the audit of small to large size of companies, as well as public companies, he has extensively involved in the organization of management and financial training programs provided to trainees from North African companies in the oil & gas industry.

For over two decades was the chairman of the committee of the Provident Fund of the staff of M.P. & Co. and of the Provident Fund of the staff of New Holland (Ford) Cyprus.

Michael Kourouklas

Michael Kourouklas is a graduate of the Southern Illinois University at Carbondale with a Bachelor’s degree (Hon) in Accounting. He continued at Leeds University in U.K. obtaining a Master in Accounting and Finance and later on qualified as a Chartered Certified Accountant.

He has worked in various firms in Cyprus including PWC in Nicosia. He has also worked as an Internal Auditor of a major international construction company for a number of years in Libya and Dubai while he has also acted as Chief Accountant in Iraq and Sultanate of Oman. He then moved to KPS Services Limited and was admitted to the partnership during 2011 and onwards where he manages a portfolio of international clients, operating in wide range of sectors across the globe.

Michael is a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants of the United Kingdom (FCCA) and a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus (ICPAC).
